Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after fulfillment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also select “Track Order” on our website and enter your order number and email address to view the latest tracking information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Products & Quality
How are the shirts made?
Each item is printed on demand after an order is placed. This helps reduce unnecessary inventory and waste while allowing us to focus on creating meaningful, faith-based designs. All of our shirts are a Bella + Canvas 3001 blank.
Are the shirts as blurry as the mockups?
Some of our product mockups use AI-generated models or backgrounds, which can occasionally cause parts of the preview to appear slightly blurry or distorted on screen. The actual design file sent for printing is separate from the AI-generated mockup.
We work to ensure our print designs are high quality and suitable for production. If your order arrives with a printing defect or the design does not appear as expected, please contact us. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, changes of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Waymark Co is a Christian apparel brand created with one purpose above all else: pointing people to Christ.
We create meaningful, faith-based designs intended to share the Gospel, encourage believers, and spark conversations about Jesus Christ.
Sizing
How do your shirts fit?
Most of our shirts are designed to have a standard fit. Because fit preferences vary from person to person, we recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, consider sizing up.
Donations
Do you donate a portion of your profits?
Yes. Waymark Co is committed to donating at least 10% of our profits to charitable organizations.
Organizations we support may include Christian ministries and charities such as Samaritan’s Purse, Compassion International, and other organizations working to serve people in need and advance the Gospel.
The organizations we support may change over time based on need, opportunity, and impact.
